GIVING A BOOST TO THE ‘ENGINE’ OF THE ATHLETE… PEAK IN TIME FOR YOUR NEXT RACE BY INTEGRATING ALTIUM i10 INTO YOUR TRAINING PLAN.
With your next race on the horizon, or as you get ready for a new phase of training, use one of our 2 Altitude Training Protocols to improve your performance. This will ensure that your power, lactate buffering and endurance are all at optimum levels:
15 day protocol – Use the Altium i10 for 15 days consecutively (1 hour per day) in the run up to your next race (allow 72 hours of recovery from simulated altitude before race day).
Lifestyle protocol – We understand that your training schedule may be putting a strain on your available time; so to combat this, simply integrate Altium i10 into your training by using it 2-3 times per week (1 hour per day) in the run up to your race (allow 72 hours of recovery from simulated altitude before race day).
